About Bozeman Sports Medicine
Bozeman Sports Medicine was founded in 2019 by Dr. Erik Adams, MD, PhD, and Erin Blakely, MA, to meet the musculoskeletal health needs of the Bozeman community. Dr. Adams is a board‑certified sports‑medicine physician with fellowship training in non‑operative sports medicine and advanced musculoskeletal ultrasound, while Ms. Blakely brings extensive medical‑assistant experience and a background in human development. The practice is built on the values of excellence and putting patients first. The clinic combines state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic ultrasound with a suite of regenerative and biologic therapies, including platelet‑rich plasma, mesenchymal signaling cells, Alpha‑2‑macroglobulin (A2M) therapy, and stem‑cell‑derived treatments. These modalities are applied to a broad spectrum of conditions—osteoarthritis, tendon and ligament tears, nerve entrapments, compartment syndrome, and more—emphasizing true tissue healing rather than symptom masking. Located inside the Ridge Athletic Club in Bozeman, MT, Bozeman Sports Medicine offers a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Dr. Adams also serves as an assistant professor at Montana State University and the University of Washington, bringing academic expertise to clinical care. The dedicated staff works together to provide personalized, evidence‑based treatment plans that restore pain‑free movement and active lifestyles.
