Performance Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (POSM) is a Frisco‑based orthopedic practice that specializes in sports‑related injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. The group is led by three board‑certified orthopedic surgeons—Dr. Troy Diehl, D.O.; Dr. Dan Maurer, D.O.; and Dr. Mark Lessner, M.D.—who are fellowship trained and experienced in both conservative and surgical care. Together with physician assistants Nicole Godlewski, MPAS, PA‑C and Trisha Fennell, MPAS, PA‑C, the team provides a full spectrum of orthopedic services to patients of all ages, from pediatric athletes to active adults.
